Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear sir, how under 489f case innocent can get bail, how will define innocent in legal languages. more detail needed for my knowledge. what it means changing direction.

innocent is released on bail not by the society but by the police,, in course of investigation police declare innocent,, then you get bail,, for declaring innocent you must prove that 489_f ppc does not attract you
