Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
dear sir i was made a guarantor by two parties with malafide intention. I signed a agreement being a guarantor on moral pressure as i was a medical student and my friends made me signed it. Friend A took 35lacs from their uncle on my guarantee and became witnesses in the agreement and friend B was paid those 35lacs. In return he gave his 35 lac cheque which got bounced and as a guarantor on the agreement i was criminally prosecuted and friend b ran away as he was involved in this fraud with friend a. Now what should be done? A civil case is also reg against me and this was a loan agreement but actually this was a bribe money for some land work. Pls help me, there are settled law of supreme court that guarantor can not be criminally prosecuted?

ur criminal audibility against the offence of some bribery stuff could be determined by agreement ... plz forward a copy of agreement ,
