dear sir ny husband is arrested u/489f as check dishonesty case on 3rd nov still police challen is not presented. once baill rejecred though my husband is innocent i need ur legal advise

you can file writ petition u/s 22-a,crpc,, for direction to submit chalan, you need to consult a lawyer as well
