Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear sir.
I want to know about Punishment on bouncing of Bank Cheques (489F) of the Pakistan Penal Code. That the said act is extended or not under Pakistan Regulation Article No.247 in Mallkand Division (PATA) of KPK. If the act 489F is extended by Governor for Mallaknd Division then please i need the copy of the notipcation or just only noted me the date of the noticpation.

The 489-F section is added in Pakistan Penal Code and now a part of it. This is not a separate act,
Punishment for this section is Three Years. non bailable .
