What is difference between 249 Crpc Vs 249A Crpc in Criminal Law

Megistrate has powers to release an accused under 249 without proceeding on the trial... It is neither bail, nor acquittal and not a conviction for sure... In 249-A magistrate acquits the accused at any stage of the trial... For more do consult me at [email protected]
