due to dispute in business a cheque is being stopped and the period of six months passed and the cheque becomes a stale cheque and after nine months bank returned the cheque being stopped and outdated does it attract 489 f

Nopes.. you can only file suit for recovery of money.. It is not a negotiable instrument anymore.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
