Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Under enquiry of 489f case DSP declared inocent on bases of photo copy of receipt provided by accused. Orignal receipt cannot produce before enquiry and on bases of said DSP enquiry, I/O has submitted challan to court in Khana ii under judicial policy. Deceion on photo copy is taken while other report received from FIA for unmached signature. (Tempering is done in record send to FIA)Mudai (Complainant) has filed a private complain in same court which is not yet admitted (date given). What other options should adopt, please help.

Complainant should filed a recovery suit under 37 CPC in session Court, which is quick remedy for recovery of money on the basis of said Cheque.

complainant should also file an application before SSp investigation for change of inquiry,

Accused should filed a queshment before High Court on the basis of said inquiry.,

please provide necessary info firs.

is the case in Trial stage or accused are on bail ?

from which side you are ?

what is tempering in the cheque , if the sign are different that is the maalfide of the accused n not the complainant.
