Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I want to ask that if someone enter to one's house without permission and steals something, which charge can be aplibcable under pakistan panel code and if proved what is the punishment?

explain, whether the entry was initially with permission and then the entrant fled away with articles ii again with or without the knowledge of the host or the case is otherwise.
