Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

what evidences are required to prove the section 420,468,471.? If I sold the property to a person X with oral agreement and then cancel the agreement and sol the same to Y whcih is again oral but the posation is still withh me is person X claim to apply these sections on me ? Is it a crimnal or Civil case?

first of all contractual obligation can not be enforced by criminal action provided if you dont contribute any kind of criminality in that. in first case you have not mentioned lot of ingredient which may incurr a promise to sell like the earnest money, sale maturity etc In fact lot of details need to be discussed to formulate a legal opinion and onward legal recourse in order to prove your stand point.

there is no case against you,,,, these sections are related to prepare a forged document,, oral contract is no contract in eye of law,, ur aquital in circumstances
