Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
the fight against crimes is being undermined by judges and magistrates who fail to ensure that tough penalties set down in law are imposed in the court to what extent do you think that defense should play a part in sentencing process?are there other considerations that the court should bear in mind when arriving at sentence?

We can put 30% blame on megistrates and other judges.. Being a criminal lawyer i believe criminal procedure code is unjust and outdated. It should be repealed and a new act should be law. For more do consult me at [email protected]
