where to file anticipatory bail in case of 498A. Can anticipatory bail in 498A be filed through power of attorney or someone has to appear himself?

It cannot be filed through power of attorney.. The accused has to appear in person in the court of law. It is filed directly in the High Court... For more do consult me at [email protected]
