Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I got FIR against my wife and her real brother under section 420,471 and 468.after long investigation by the police officer (it took 45 days) I could hardly traced their new location (residence).As they are always cheating me like in court she given statement that she is going with her husband and same day she changed her residence and switched off phone number.I filed fresh application in Guardian Court for the custody of my minor child aged about 3 and a half years.She did not appeared in the court even advertisement in the news paper by the court. Ultimately I got section 100 warrant against her but when the court balaf approached her residence her brother told she is in the relative home.Concern police station asking me to traced her then intimate them they will arrest her. On the other hand Guardian Court Judge also pressurizing me that you have to locate your wife and minor child.Its mean courts and police are just middle parties .............in the search of justice.I have to do all things?

In 468,429,471 case police asking me to traced my wife.................................... and Guardian Court Judge is also demanding me to trace the wife and child.Its mean I have to leave my business and job and simply start ....................law and enforcement agencies help
