Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
i gave a cheque to person, he received the cash now he has given that cheque to another person, From whom i bought a car last year,Now that other person whose name is not mentioned on the cheque has filed a case of 489-f on me while i am away for 3 months from Pakistan.

When a cheque is presented in the bank and its honored then the cheque goes into the record of bank.. Kindly tell me the true story at [email protected] so that i can guide u rightly..
