Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi,
I need o know something about trial case please help me regarding this. One person has made a fraud with me of 35Lac and i have submitted case against him of 489F and also i have moved cancellation of bail but in trial court i am not fully persue it so he has submitted 249 application in trial court on the ground that he has already submitted recovery suit against me so parallel reovery suit and trial is not allowable in this regard please dispose off trail of this case.
so in this case could anyone suggest me what can i do my lawyer has arguments today its something like this "Dear honorable judge as far as concern 249 their ground are not solid ground 1000 of suprement courts and high court judgments has came that parallel civil and criminal matter are able to run to please dispose off their application and on next date we will give our witness".
According to your experience is it enough please suggest me or guide me what can i do now
