Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi,
I have put case of 489F the total amount is 50 lac in high court during bale discussion i have given time to party of 4months right now half time has gone so is there any remedy to apply the cancellation of bale i have 2 prof 1) he has tried to transfer his house 2) he has taken committee of 8 lac from market but he has not given me any money he has paid the money some other parties so in above mentioned points should we procceed to cancellation of bale and what is the chance of cacnellation of bale kindly help me in detail regarding this. Judge name = Justice Shahid Hameed Dar
or if you competent people have some other remedies or points then please let me know

you have an alternate quickest remedy under order 37 of CPC. you should try that instead.
