Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I have submit a case and now my challan is submitted in court after pass.it has been 2 months but still there is no call from cant coart. Should they send the notices on both parties or i personally visit the court for this please guide me and what is the rule in pakistan.
