Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi!
if in any case 3 person are nominated. 2 of them attends the court proceeding and 1 does not. and the case is based on fake FIR and they, who file the case, does not take part in proceeding. in this condition the remaining 2 who are attending the proceeding may file the application to dismiss the case?
