Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

How Can i go against IG police in court as he is supporting the accused & advice to his staff not to take action against him. Which court can call the IG for this favour to culprit party, magistrate, session judge, high court, human right cell or supprime court. The case is 489f and till date i have changed three investigation officer but all follow the instruction of IG. i/o also put down challan in court that declared innocent and i have filed a private complain which is not yet admitted. What is the other way as per prevailing rule of pak. First i want to see culprit in jail instead of recovery through 37cpc.

You must file a writ petition before, High Court.

It seems that your oppnent is powerful and has plenty of cash to purchase people out. You can file a writ of co-warranto in the High Court for comforting yourself. It seems that you got FIR registered against the accused and trial is under process. You can also file a civil suit under order 37 CPC for the attachment of property of accused. For more do consult me at [email protected]

private complaint is best under the circumstances to prove the guilt of the accused, and a recovery of money under O 37 is a summary and speedy process. these two cases are enough to get what you want ( for both conviction and recovery)
