Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

How Can i go against IG police in court as he is supporting the accused & advising to his staff not to take action against him. Which court can call the IG for this favour to culprit party, magistrate, session judge, high court, human right cell or supprime court. The case is 489f and till date i have changed three investigation officer but all follow the instruction of IG. i/o also put down challan in court that declared innocent and i have filed a private complain which is now admitted. What is the other way as per prevailing rule of pak. First i want to see culprit in jail instead of recovery through 37cpc.

1. As for as the completion of the proceedings under the private complaint is concerned, that

should not take long time. As the justice delayed is justice denied. Any way it will take not

more than two months to complete.

2. If you want to make the IG of the police as respondent in his personal capacity, than you will have to write his name first then his designation.

3. Go for the petition under 22 a first then if you feel that no positive response is received according to your satisfaction then, go to the High Court in writ jurisdiction.
