Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
What is importance of receipt on plan paper by law in which stated that that compainant has borrowed money from accused in front of 2 witnesses (photo copy provided and orignal is return to complainant when he send money on line). please note writting, signature on receipt is not mine (complainant) and no witness on it is from my side (both are relative of accused).

the receipt has importance if they admit that they issued that receipt,, other wise you have to prove
