Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
how can an innocent can get bail u/489f & what is situation change. How innocent will define in legal lanuages, more detail required for knowledge.

when a person dishonestly isses cheque and same is dishonered on presentation then 489-F is invoked.. You have to prove that intention was not dishonest in order to prove innocense. Better way is to pay the person rightful to receive amount because offense is compoundable.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
