Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

we are inside the car at the parking area.the security guard accused us that we are doing something he accused us of public scandal without showing any evidence.but both of us were only talking inside the car no one is naked while we are inside the car. he get my drivers license but i grabbed it because i know he doesn't even have any evidence to present. he reported us to the other securities but we decided to go ahead because we know that were not doing anything wrong and theres no evidence to prove that were doing something inside the car. can the security send any notice to us or report us in any precinct??because i know he got my plate no. then.thank u very much

this is a mater of law and high court have loads of time gave its findings,,, that if a man and woman are naked in a room even man is at the woman but (dakhool(man's penis inside woman)) is not performed yet then there is no case,,, thats why we have women protection laws in our country now,,,
