Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I invested some money in a business as a sleeping partner with a friend. For couple of years he paid the agreed amount every quarterly and than stopped paying altogather. For a long time he did not pay me any money but I manged to get three cheques of the actual amount invested. All three cheques bounced.

I registered FIR under section 489-F PPC over two years ago. He got bailed for couple of days to appear in a court but he vanished, while Judge retired to write a judgment. He is still at large and police are not intrested to locate and arrest this man. They are asking me to locate the person and let them know his whereabout, so that they can arrest him.

Please advise me what cours of action I can take for the arrest of this man and recover my money.

He is an absconder.. Find him and inform the police.. Also file a suit under order 37 CPC and get his property attached. For more do consult me at [email protected]
