Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

investigation officer got money from my opponent and declare one accused innocent in investigation and right simply report that Documents prepared by the accused is Nakal Ba Motaqab Asal Hai and produced photocopy in court.

My FIR was that the document prepared in wrong way

First I have not got Stamp Paper ( Accused present my ID card while purchasing Stamp Paper and also sign by name in Stamp Paper issuing Register)

Second Accused Person also made fake sign in the stamp Paper (by my name while I have not sign it)

In birth certificate Form also sign fake (by my name) and presented this document in Session Court which is still in Session Court record

I/O declared innocent by sending document is not fake.But my question was document developed through fake sign and thumb impression.

I my self appeared before DIG Investigation for change of investigation.He issued me a slip and asked me to meet the area DSP.When I visited DSP He told me I am waiting report of investigation incharge of concerned Police Station.Next day when I called DSP office , clerk replied me report is in favour of I/O.

Yesterday I again approached DIG investigation and brief about the case he again passed some comments on my application and asked me to re-visit same DSP.its seems DSP will not take interest in my application.

What should I do?

file a petition under section 22-A and 22-B of Cr. PC before the court of sessions and then make a prayer for re-investigation.
