Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
kindly want to know regarding a land matter one of our relative sale our land on fake attorney 20 lakh rupees.now we file a fir 420,468,471 and he is run away from pakistan.so kindly sir advise me it is bail able and if police arrest him in future then how many years he will be in prison also if he will not return the money 20 lakh to other party ......

For the recovery money you have to file a civil suit.. In case of FIR he will be punished for the offenses only when apprehended.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
