kindly provide the procedure of lodging private complaint/Isteghasa against culprits, accused, police and concern bank. I ve registered case 489f but police is not helping now i m gona file as private complaint. procedure and time required plz.

first try to get remedied by filling application under S.22-A & 22-B .. if it is rejected then you can invoke section 200. secondly, just lodge f.i.r against accused, why the bank...
