Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
hi all kindly help me i have one question i have put case in lahore high court off 489F and in court judge has asked that my final decision is to cancel the bale but if he is ready for negotiation with party then in this scanrio judge sb has asked me that are u agree i have asked that if he will ready for payment then i am also ready and coart has given time of 5 months to him and confirm his bail but clearly mentioned in his order that if he will not pay payment then we have just move cancellation and accused person will be arrested.
My question is that almost a month ago but still he is not ready to give us payment so is there any method to recall the case before the 5 months time if yes then tell me how it is possible to recall the case. Total amount is 50Lac

If judge ordered that payment will be made monthly and he has not paid first installement then You may move cancellation of bail.
