hi, well actually the law of tort is not 100% practiceble in pakistan,, but we can bring a suit for damages from original civil law like cpc, there are couple of examples where the suits became successfull under the tort law,, but there are different divissions of law under we can sue a party like defamation ordinence 2002 etc. and acts like these are the body source of law of tort. hope answer the question
