Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
loan agreement is not exeuted while on plan paper payment receipt is provided in court stated that the applicant agreed to return the amount within 3 months. The accused has not sign on paper however signature of 2 witnesses are available and fake signature of applicant also available. Agreement on plan paper/recept has any worth in court or not.

once a receipt is made or some contract if done with due diligance then the plain paper does not stay as plain paper and gain due weight ,which if corroborated by the witnesses can be relied upon.
