Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Mini-Pupillage
To whom it may concern,
I am a British Pakistani, currently on the Bar Vocational Course which I hope to complete this year. I am intending to practice in England, however, I will be visiting family in Pakistan this summer and just wanted to find out whether it would be possible for me to shadow a barrister(Mini-Pupillage) in Paksitan as I have always been interested in finding out how the legal system operates there. I am particularly interested in criminal law.
