Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Two months ago i received two cheques and both cheques were bounced due to insufficient fund in the account of drawer. Now what should I do? whether to serve the notice to drawer (is it mandatory as per law) or to file an FIR? Please guide me in the matter as per land laws of Pakistan.
