Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
After obtaing bail from court against section 489F, if accused does not appear in court what action should be taken by the judge for recovery of money and how long it will take time to proceed. plz expain all aspect or possibilities according to ur experiance.

The court can cancel his bail and issue his arrest warrants.. u must also file a suit for recovery of money under order 37 to get the money through civil court.
