Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

In Oct. 2006, I got arrested in the matter of violation of Temporary Restraining order in Miami, but before final hearing i left US with court permission to Pakistan coz of family problem, since then i could'nt go back to US coz my wife pulled back my green card application when i left US. I have no priors before or after this charge, not even a single traffic vioiation charge.I am not having resources here in Pakistan to pay in $ to the lawyers, my case(Misdmeanor) is still in pending... please can anyone guide me that how could i get rid of this matter from Pakistan, in this situation when i m not having resources to pay to a lawyer and do not have status to go back to US and resolve this matter? Could i request derectly to the court for pardon on the basis of my clean recored before and after this case? Please please anyone help me out and guide me to get rid of this matter, i will be really grateful.

i think i have actually given the answer,,,

in these circumstanses you just need to talk to your wife with a promise,, that case is not gonna effect u in pakistan,, it could have benn consigned due to non availability of you,, so don't worry
