Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
If police avoid to arrest accused under 489f case based on FIA report for unmatched signature while cheque theft complain neither registered in police station nor concern bank. what action should applicant take for arresting accused. Accused is powerful & approached police through using reference.22a or private complaint is preferable.
