Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
After pre-arrest bail under 489f, accused can get confirm bail from court if write application to DIG/SP/DSP that police has registered FIR based on applicant created story and accused has return back money in front of his witnesses (relative) and receipt on plan paper already provided to I/O.
