Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I am a primary school teacher (Govt Servant). I got advance salary loan from my bank, the bank collected three signed blank cheques from me(with only my signatures on them) , after two years due to some confusion my pay was stopped uptodate (27-10-2011), my 7 installments are due, and now the manager says to deposit it. i dont have any money unless my 7 month pay is released, otherwise the manager said i will file an FIR against you for Bogus/Dishonored cheque, can he do that? is 489F bailable or not? what should i do now? if this happens i will loose my job too. Please guide me.

what is total loan,?

first advice , dont stop re payment of loan, deposit it as u can, it may be , one or two thousand.

then file a case in banking court and obtain a stay order from court showing your bonafide intention there.

They should file a recovery suit in banking court instead of criminal case against you.

489-F max punishment is 3 year, not bailable. but in your case bail ll be very easy. so dont worry.
