Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
prime reason of comissioning of 489-F ppc. specialy if their are 3 signs original on front back. check is not filled by the issuer. pay to column has self as well as name but in different writing. the witnesses have contradictory statement abt the filled text of the cheque.

If FIR has not been lodged yet then try to get a FIR registered against the cheque holder for forcefully getting the checque.. for more do consult me at [email protected]
