Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Either the procesicuter officer of session gudge who is serving and offering his services free of cost to court can take cases from public or he can be hired as advocate. If yes in which cases kindly explain both criminal and cival or there is some limitation.

I think you are willing to hire a special public prosecutor as lawyer.. You can do that in all kinds of cases as he doesnt get paid from the judges. For more you can consult me at [email protected]
