Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
what if prosecution ask police to change 173 report and police does not change its final finding in 173. Can police in this case submit its final report 173 direct to megistrate court? and can magisterate give its verdict/ order in this case?

if there is any technical/ legal error then prosecution can advise to amend, but if it is about the findings of the police investigation based on which challan( 173 ) is submitted , can not be asked to be changed. although the court has its own recourse and police finding are not binding on the court.
