Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Q) I have an investment agreement with some party and during hearing in high court judge will give him 4 months time and order him that give them complete money within 4 months but still 1 and half month gone he will give us a single pany so now what is the best solution for us
A) Should we go again in high court in front of same judge and put request them that according to our information he is going to sale his property and try to go outside the country so we have total 75 lac investment and court has asked him to submit security of just 2 lac. (Is it a favorable for us or not if we submit petition on same court)
B) On the other hand he has charge his house with my agreement shall we proceed for recovery suit in session court ( Is it possible or not and by doing this our case will be become lose or strong)

First of all u must obtian a stay order from Civil Court , so he would not be able to sell out the property. then wait for remainig period as decicded by the High Court.
