Can a registered FIR can be challenge by accused (file petetion) in high court in any circumstances for cancellation of FIR without obtaing pre-arrest bail from session court

its difficult to give opinion without knowing the contents of the F I R, but there is no harm if you get pre arrest bail and then challenge it (seeking exoneration so far your name in that is concerned ).
