Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Can a registered FIR can be challenge by accused (file petetion) in high court in any circumstances for cancellation of FIR without obtaing pre-arrest bail from session court .Cheque dishonoured in Islamabad bank (complainant account) and FIR lodged from Islamabad where as accused bank account maintained at Multan.

FIR for crime can be registered from where a crime starts or where a crime ends. under 489-F FIR normally registered where Cheque was dishonoured by bank.
FIR may be quashed by High Court if it is frivolous but first of all one must seek Pre Arrest from Session Court.
