Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
what are the remedies for three accused u/s 420,468,471 in trial court. But they are on bail on ground of compromise where complainent submitted his statment before the session judge three times in favor of each accused.

well these are not bailable offenses indeed,, thus supreme court of pakistan have several rullings that once an unconditional compromised has been effected is always a compromise
