Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I have a rented school premises in rent agreement land lord said will give fully equiped furniture fixture and given possession but after so many reminders he not provided the same so my two rent checks bounced then he go police and after that i clear his pending amount but he not returned checks now he is moving to lodge FIR against me although I have prove that he taken amount and singed vouchers also . he also gone for arbitration and arbitrator given judgement in my favour . now what i cam do?

You have to file a petition to stop the police from registering FIR against you.. For more do consult me at [email protected]

You have following three options

1. You can file a suit for specific performance against the rent agreement for the delivery of the possession,

2. You can also file suit for the recovery of amounts already given by you and declaration,

3. You can file a suit for permanent injunction against the land lord and concerned SHO of your police station for not harassing you and to lodge an FIR.
