Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir, i want to know that an accused under 489f cinitially can get post arrest bail from high court directly rather it to obtain bail from mugistrat or session court. if not, on what bases high court accept bail of accused if regected initially from different courts. I ve read it several time in news paper.
