Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Sir, i want to know that an accused under 489f initially can get post arrest bail from high court directly rather it to obtain bail from mugistrat or session court. if not, on what bases high court accept bail of accused if regected initially from different courts. I ve read it several time in news paper. what it means subsequent contract present.

You can go for quashment of FIR if its bogus and you have adequate proofs in the high court directly. You have to apply for bail at session court in ordinary circumstances and he will forward the case to a megistrate having section 30 powers.. For more do consult me at [email protected]

you can either apply pre-arrest bail or protective bail in high court or session court,,, then attend the investigation session by police , but you have to face trial at the end if it has been started,,
