Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir, if police doesnot arrest accused in crimnal case 489f and lame execuse that accused will get pre-arrest bail soon. In such situation what action should take by applicant to secured the amount borrowed while orignal cheque is in police custody.

why u gave the original cheque to police at this stage?
you should immediately engage a lawyer, who ll file an application to concern magistrate or a Writt under 22-A/22-B Cr.Pc.
you can also approach to concern SSP investigation.
Police must arrest the criminal before they got pre arrest bail and must not wait for bail.
