Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir, i want to know if police i/o change the investigation according to desire of accused person, record of applicant not make the part of investigation, not recorded 3 witnesses from applicant side and further declare innocent to accused person. What is the 2nd remidy for the applicant who registered FIR against accused person.
