Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
sir, previously i asked a question as to the consequence of the death of complainant in the private complaint when the case was fixed for prosecution evidence. as per your recommendation, it is responded that the complaint pertains to illegal dispossession act, 2005 and the order of repossession has been already passed. now, death of complainant has complicated the situtation as to survival of complaint and admissibility of cursory evidence of the complainant which has not subjected to cross examination.

you have not mentioned... what was the status of the complainant. whether has was the person actually dispossessed or the person claiming the property dispossessed. there are ways to handle such a situation , you can contact me during 2 pm to 6 pm to discuss this.
