Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir, what about sectin 4899-F PPC, while there is loan or any written agreement is hand but only cheques, plz guide whether the case can be trial under section 489-F or otherwise

yes why not? U must file an application for registration of case before concern police station.
